Filipinos in the Aleutian Homes

This film explains and celebrates the history of Filipinos living in Kodiak’s historic Aleutian Homes neighborhood through the lens of its residents as well as a local Land Title Agent. This film was shot and produced by 11th-grader James G. as part of the Kodiak’s Filipino Community Stories project, a collaborative effort between the Baranov Museum, the Filipino American Association of Kodiak, the Kodiak Island Borough School District, and Media Action.
