The 2018 See Stories After School Film Workshop at East High offered students a creative platform to express their stories through film. Generously funded by the Rasmuson Foundation, this workshop was supported by the Alaska State Council on the Arts’ Cultural Collaborations Grant, NOVO’s Social Emotional Learning Innovation Fund, and the Anchorage School District's English Language Learners Program. Students developed valuable skills in filmmaking while exploring social and emotional learning themes, resulting in powerful, personal narratives.
