See Stories is extremely proud of Angoon Intern Luke Jack, and the film he created titled “Living with the Land”. Luke is inspired by the natural landscape around his home in Angoon, and created this film to explore the intimate relationship between the people of Angoon and their ancestral homelands. Watch as Angoon interviews two Elders about the connection between Tlingit Culture and place in Angoon.

Luke’s film recently won “Best Documentary” for Grades 9-12 for the ASTE 2024 iDidaContest.
