Weather or Not is a short film about observations of coastal change around Kaktovik, a village located at the edge of Alaska in the Arctic. Tracy and Brittany Burns made this movie during a film workshop organized by ShoreZone and the non-profit Media Action. They flew around Kaktovik by helicopter to film the surroundings and interviewed two elders about their knowledge of the coast.
