“Arctic Appetites,” embarks on a culinary journey through the icy landscapes of Alaska, where traditional flavors meet innovative fusion cuisine. Follow a group of daring chefs as they blend indigenous ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques, crafting dishes that capture the essence of the Arctic while pushing culinary boundaries. From smoked salmon sushi rolls to reindeer steak with lingonberry glaze, prepare your palate for an unforgettable exploration of Alaskan gastronomy. The film features interviews from Darlene Turner, a school librarian, and Rosalie Magbanua a Middle school teacher.
